Giveaway is open to U.S. residents only. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received. 3. Prizes and estimated maximum retail values: (1) - a Compaq Pocket PC PDA valued at $500 4. Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted under the supervision of Mobile-DBA.com, whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Any prize notification letter or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. No substitution for prizes except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the winner's responsibility. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If the potentially winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, potential winner may be requested to provide Mobile-DBA.com with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
